Will start here in hopes of resolving my issue. I have purchased a Stream 7 tablet 5079 with Windows 8.1 to use for recording weather data to use at a later date..I am in the process of setting up the tablet and the issue I have at present is when I use the touch keyboard, it hides a great deal of the screen.. thought I would try a external keyboard.the tablet does pick up the SD card and also USB thumb drives

That being said, I purchased a INFILAND Bluetooth keyboard and have been trying to get the tablet to recognize it.. I have used Add Device and results is 'no device found', Bluetooth search never did find the keyboard and even tried using USB with no luck..the keyboard is fully charged, all devices are on, WiFi on, etc.

I tried connecting the keyboard to two PC's, one a Dell laptop, the other a Dell desktop using USB (WiFi also with the laptop) and neither will pick up the keyboard..
